AMOÉBA announces the availability ofthe 2019 Universal Registration Document
                 including the Annual Financial Report

Lyon (France), April 30, 2020 - AMOÉBA (FR0011051598 - AMEBA), producer of a
biological biocide capable of eliminating bacterial risk in water and human
wounds, and a biocontrol product for plant protection, still in a testing
phase, announces that the 2019 Universal Registration Document was filed with
the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marches financiers-AMF)
on April 30, 2020 under number D.20-0416.

The document may be viewed or downloaded on the company's website
www.amoeba-biocide.com under section " Investors / Regulatories information and
financial documents/ Reference Document ". Copies of the Registration Document
are also available at the company's headquarters: 38, avenue des frères
Montgolfier, 69680 Chassieu, France.

The 2019 universal Registration Document includes:

- the Annual Financial Report comprising the consolidated financial statements,
  the parent company financial statements, the management report and the
  related statutory auditors' reports

- the Board of Directors' corporate governance report.

It provides updated information on the Group's situation with regard to the
Covid-19 health crisis and its present and potential impacts on its business
and performance, in particular in section 7.1 "Situation Financière" (p.156)
and section 10.1 "Principales tendances depuis la fin de l'exercice" (p.182).
