ANEVIA'S HEAD-END FLAMINGO SUPPORTS SODIC IN THE LAUNCH OF GOSMART SERVICES IN
WEST CAIRO COMPOUND

Anevia, a leading OTT and IPTV software vendor providing innovative solutions

is pleased to announce its all-n-one head-end Flamingo has been selected by
SODIC to launch their innovative GoSmart services including triple play and
smart home, that are at the heart of all SODIC real estate development projects
in Egypt.

West Cairo project

SODIC chose to launch their new GoSmart service in SODIC West, the largest
planned mixed-use development in Egypt's Sheikh Zayed area (West Cairo). SODIC
West boasts 6,000 residents today and can accommodate up to 60,000 people, and
offers a range of residential, commercial and retail spaces to cater to the
needs and aspirations of its inhabitants. SODIC West is made up of several
developments including Allegria, Forty West, Westown Residence, Courtyard, The
Polygon, Westown Hub and The Strip, which are interwoven to create an Egyptian

TV everywhere for all residents

Anevia's Flamingo acts as a centralized head-end to deploy triple play services
throughout SODIC West. Flamingo is an all-in-one modular solution that captures
TV and radio signals from various sources such as satellite, DTT, cable, fiber
and HDMI, to stream video content directly to SODIC West homes. Flamingo is
modular and can easily be upgraded to answer additional demands of innovative
TV services like multiscreen viewing, time-shift and recording, making it a
future-proof solution.
