    Chargeurs Luxury Materials and Textile Exchange have signed a strategic
  agreement that calls for integrating into the Organica Precious Fiber Label
               the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certification

certified to the RWS standard and going further, bringing in addition a strong

our premium-grade wool, which has been labeled Organica Precious Fiber, access
to new markets, enhancing its reliability for our global partner in fashion and

ORGANICA PRECIOUS FIBER AND RWS SIGN A STRATEGIC AGREEMENT ON HIGH-END FIBERS

This unique and distinctive agreement further strengthens the trailblazing role
played by Chargeurs group in the global high- end fiber market. The
participants in the value chain that adhere to the Organica Precious Fiber
protocol, can now benefit from RWS certification, thanks to a system of
combined controls. Chargeurs Luxury Materials is thus responding to the growing
demand for certified and traceable wool from the world's leading brands and
intensifying its strategy of focusing on exceptional high value-added products.

ORGANICA PRECIOUS FIBER, THE WORLD'S FIRST LABEL FOR CERTIFIED AND TRACEABLE
PREMIUM-GRADE FIBERS

Operating as an Innovation Player in the global high-end fiber market,
Chargeurs Luxury Materials, the world leader in combed wool, in 2017 launched
its eco-responsible label for end-to-end traceability, Organica Precious Fiber,
to certify premium-grade fibers. This label, established under an independent
and audited accreditation program, validates compliance with appropriate
quality and ethical standards. Based on blockchain technology, it guarantees
wool traceability and stringent controls throughout the value chain.
The Organica Precious Fiber protocol rests on four fundamental pillars:
1) respect for animal welfare and land-use planning;
2) corporate social responsibility, involving all stakeholders in the value
chain;
3) traceability of the wool;
4) compliance with the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact,
aimed at building more stable and more inclusive societies, which Chargeurs

THE RESPONSIBLE WOOL STANDARD (RWS) IS A BENCHMARK FOR BEST PRACTICES IN SHEEP
BREEDING AND LAND MANAGEMENT

The RWS standard is an independent and voluntary standard. On farms, RWS
certification ensures that sheep are treated with consideration for animal
welfare and that best practices in management and protection of lands are
followed.

During each fiber-processing stage, certification ensures that wool from
certified farms is closely traced through continuous identification and
monitoring.

It was developed in June 2016 after two years in development by an
international working group guided by Textile Exchange and made up of breeders,
animal welfare activists, suppliers, brands and other stakeholders in the wool
value chain.
