PRESS RELEASEParis, 11 July 2018
Frédéric Lavenir, CNP Assurances' Chief Executive Officer, wished to leave
his position for personal reasons. His resignation will be effective 31 August
2018.
The Board of Directors will proceed as soon as possible to the appointment of
his successor.
