             2018 Half-Yearly Financial Report available online

CNP Assurances' 2018 half-yearly financial report has been made public and
filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

The report is available for consultation from the Investor/Analyst section of
the CNP Assurances website, www.cnp.fr, under "Investor / analyst", "Regulatory
Information" and then "Half-Yearly Financial Reports".

INVESTOR CALENDAR

- Nine-month 2018 results indicators: Friday, 16 November 2018 at 7:30 a.m.

- 2018 premium income and profit: Thursday, 21 February 2019 at 7:30 a.m.

- Annual General Meeting: Thursday, 18 April 2019

- First-quarter 2019 results indicators: Thursday, 16 May 2019 at 7:30 a.m.
