Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, France, 30 July 2018, COGELEC (ISIN code:
FR0013335742/ticker: COGEC), the French leader in access control systems for
multi-unit dwellings, has reported its sales figures for the first half of
2018.

Cogelec recorded second-quarter sales of EUR8.12m, compared with EUR7.33m a
year earlier. This strong growth was driven by sales at both Hexact and
Intratone.
Subscriptions increased sharply this quarter (+18.6%) and now account for about
25% of sales. Over the first half of the year, sales increased 8.9% to
EUR15.7m.

In line with our international growth strategy, our planned roll-out has been
going to schedule at operating level, with the inauguration of a showroom and
the presentation of our product line in Germany. Meanwhile, the pace of
recruitment has also been consistent with expectations, with a Country Manager,
back office manager and two technical support workers hired in the UK and one
travelling sales representative recruited for the Benelux region.

Finally, Intratone GmbH won first prize for innovation at the 19th
Franco-German Business Clubs Congress in June.
