  Conditions of availability of preparatory documents to the Combined General
                            Meeting of 17 April 2019

   All shareholders of Covivio are invited to attend to the Combined General
                             Meeting to be held on:

Wednesday 17, April 2019, at 2:30 pm, Pavillon Kléber, 7 rue Cimarosa, Paris
                                    (75116).

The preliminary notice including the agenda, draft resolutions and the main
terms of participation and voting at this General Meeting, was published in the
"Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires" on 4 March 2019, Bulletin n°27.

The notice of meeting was published on 29 March 2019 in the newspaper "Le
Républicain Lorrain" which is authorized to publish legal notices, as well as
in the "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires", Bulletin n°38.

These notices and the documents relating to the General Meeting are made
available to shareholders, in accordance with the provisions and regulatory
deadlines in force, at the Company's registered office and may also be
consulted on its website at www.covivio.eu (under the heading
"Finance/Investors and Shareholders/General Meetings/ Combined General Meeting
of 17 April 2019") or transmitted free of charge upon simple written request to
BNP Paribas Securities Services - CTO General Meetings - Grands Moulins de
