Modalities to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of
Covivio on April 22, 2020 and the composition of its bureau
Covivio's shareholders were informed in the press release of March 30, 2020
that, the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on April 22, 2020
will be held through a closed session, without the shareholders being
physically present, it is exceptionally not possible to ask for an admission
card to attend the meeting or to grant a power of attorney to a person other
than the Chairman of the Shareholders' Meeting.
According to the provisions of articles 6 and 7 of the decree n°2020-418 taken
pursuant to the ordinance n°2020-321 of March 25, 2020:
* shareholders who have already expressed their voting instructions may
choose another method of participation provided that their new instructions
reach BNP Paribas Securities Services by e-mail at
paris.bp2s.gis.assemblees@bnpparibas.com no later than April 18, 2020,
* proxies having received a voting proxy may send their voting instructions
or modify the instructions already sent by e-mail to
paris.bp2s.france.cts.mandats@bnpparibas.com, no later than April 18, 2020.
According to the provisions of article 8 of the decree n°2020-418, we inform
you that the Shareholders' Meeting will be chaired by Mr. Jean Laurent, in his
capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr Yves Marque, Chief Corporate Officer of Covivio, will act as Secretary of
the Shareholders' Meeting and Mr Christophe Kullmann, Chief Executive Officer,
and Mr Tugdual Millet, Chief Financial Officer, will be appointed as tellers.
