Successful final results of Godefroy and Stanislas de Bentzmann tender offer on
Devoteam's shares, with the support of KKR

Paris, December 17th, 2020 - Devoteam's founders, as well as KKR, announce the
final results of the tender offer initiated by the company named 'Castillon' on
the Devoteam's shares (the Offer), as published by the French financial market
authority (Autorité des marches financiers - AMF), following the reopening of
the tender offer from December 3, 2020 to December 16, 2020 (included).

Following the reopening of the Offer initiated by the company Castillon, the
company Castillon will hold 6,677,220 Devoteam's shares, representing 80.14% of
the share capital and at least 78.46% of the theoretical voting rights(1).

The result notice published by the AMF is available on the AMF website
(www.amf-france.org).
