Refinancing of A'liénor, A65 Pau-Langon motorway concessionnaire
A'liénor, a subsidiary of Eiffage for 65% and Sanef for 35%, concessionnaire
untill 2067 of the A65 Pau-Langon motorway that opened in December 2010
finalised with success its debt refinancing. The operation covered the
implementation of a 825 million of euros 10 year loan subscribed by 11 banks
to replace the existing debt maturing in January 2020.
This operation which was largely oversubscribed by the market comforts the
financial structure of A'liénor whilst securing for the future the lowering of
its financial charges of which it benefited since 2015.
