APRR revenue and traffic for the 3rd quarter 2019

Excluding Construction, APRR's consolidated revenue totalled EUR1,985.8
million at 30 September 2019, an increase of 1.4% from 1,958.0 million at
30 September 2018.

Overall traffic measured by total vehicle kilometres travelled went down by
0.8% at 30 September 2019 compared to the same period in 2018.
Light vehicle traffic decreased by 1.2% whilst heavy goods vehicles traffic
increased by 1.0%.
The traffic, in particular the light vehicle one, was favorably impacted by
the disruptions affecting the rail service during the second quarter of 2018.

Excluding Construction, APRR's consolidated revenue totalled EUR735.0 million
in the 3rd quarter of 2019, an increase of 1.6% from EUR723.3 million in the
third quarter of 2018.

Overall traffic measured by total vehicle kilometres travelled went down by
0.5% during the 3rd quarter of 2019 compared to the same period in 2018.
Light vehicle traffic decreased by 0.8% whilst heavy goods vehicles traffic
increased by 1.4%.
* Note: the application of Ifric 12 from 1 January 2009 requires the
recognition of revenue generated by Construction activities, which
corresponds to infrastructure construction services performed by the
concession operator for the account of the concession grantor, this work
being entrusted to third parties and recognised using the percentage of
completion method.
