Luxembourg, 21 December 2018
ECIP Europcar Sàrl, a shareholder of Europcar Mobility Group, started at the
end of June 2018 to divest its stake in Europcar Mobility Group by reason of
the occurrence of the term of the investment funds which financed it. To date,
the remaining stake of ECIP Europcar represents 4.99 millions shares, i.e.
circa 3.1% of Europcar Mobility Group share capital. ECIP Europcar has today
suspended its sales and intends resuming them over the coming months depending
on the market conditions.
It is specified that ECIP Europcar is not acting in concert with Eurazeo SE in
accordance with the terms of the shareholders agreement executed on July 31,
2015, that Eurazeo SE is not participating to this divestment program and that
Eurazeo SE has no economic interests in ECIP Europcar.
