  LAURENCE BRANTHOMME APPOINTED EURAZEO DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

Paris, February 6, 2020 - Eurazeo, a leading global investment company, with a
diversified portfolio of EUR18billion in assets under management, including
EUR12billion from third parties, has appointed Laurence Branthomme Director of
Financial Affairs.

Reporting to Philippe Audouin, Eurazeo CFO and member of its Executive board,
Laurence Branthomme will be in charge of developing the Group's financial
information and adapting processes accordingly

In this capacity, she will be heading a variety of Eurazeo teams in
consolidation, accounting, and financial control of investment strategies, as
well as fund management (middle and back office), equity share performance
monitoring and investment performance analysis.

Prior to joining Eurazeo, Laurence Branthomme was Associate Partner at Valtus,
a leading transition/transformation management company. She began her career in
the audit department of Ernst & Young, where she was Senior Manager until 2004.
She then worked for American Express Business Travel as Chief Financial
Officer, where she developed a new business model and saw to the implementation
of Sarbanes Oxley legislation. From 2008 to 2015, she worked for JCDecaux,
first as Chief Financial Officer for France and subsequently as Director of
Finance, Asset Management and Offer Deployment, in charge inter alia of product
offer, real estate and private domain asset management. In 2015 she joined the
Korian group as Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Development for France.
Laurence is furthermore a member of the executive committee of the DFCG
Foundation (Association of financial directors and business controllers), a
member of the Agora des Directeurs financiers and has been a member of the
Cercle du Leadership since its inception.
