Half-year liquidity contract statement for EURAZEO
Under the liquidity contract entered into between EURAZEO and Kepler Cheuvreux,
the following resources appeared on the liquidity account on June 30th, 2019 :
- 83,222 shares
- EUR 5,233,892.43
- Number of executions on buy side on semester : 801
- Number of executions on sell side on semester: 948
- Traded volume on buy side on semester: 197,250 shares for EUR 12,709,111.41
- Traded volume on sell side on semester: 234,966 shares for EUR 15,463,802.02
As a reminder :
* the following resources appeared on the last half year statement on December
31, 2018 on the liquidity account :
- 118,925 shares
- EUR 2,486,487.43
- Number of executions on buy side on semester : 2,322
- Number of executions on sell side on semester: 2,588

The liquidity agreement complies with AMF Decision n° 2018-01 dated 2nd July
2018, introducing liquidity agreements on equity securities as permitted market
practice.
