MARC FRAPPIER APPOINTED AS A MEMBER OF EURAZEO'S EXECUTIVE BOARD

Paris, April 27th 2021

On 27 April 2021, as proposed by Executive Board Chairwoman Virginie Morgon,
the Supervisory Board appointed Marc Frappier to Eurazeo's Executive Board for
the remainder of his current term of office, i.e. until March 2022.

Marc has been part of the Group's staff and management team for 15 years. He
leads a team consisting of close to 30 professionals based in Europe and the
United States, investing for Eurazeo's own account and for third-party
investors in the mid-large buyout segment. With them, he has built a
diversified portfolio with EUR4 billion of assets under management in the
tech-enabled services, financial services, healthcare and consumer sectors. He
has played an active role in Eurazeo's international expansion, particularly
its development in China, Brazil and the United States.

Marc will bring to Eurazeo's Executive Board his investment expertise, his
in-depth knowledge of the asset management market and his strong international
experience in Europe, the United States and Asia. He will further strengthen
what is already a solid team of experienced and complementary individuals and
will help to accelerate Eurazeo's growth.
