Muhamad Chahrour (37), Deputy CEO and COO of flatexDEGIRO AG, has informed the Supervisory Board that he wishes to leave the company before the end of his term and at his own request in order to take on new endeavors. By best mutual agreement, the parties agreed today that he will leave the company on December 31, 2023. The Supervisory Board deeply regrets his departure and thanks him for the highly successful time together.
