PRESS RELEASE
GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON APRIL 30, 2020
Reims, Thursday April 30, 2020 - 5:45pm
LANSON-BCC held its General Meeting today as a closed session due to the
restrictions on people's movement and the lockdown measures adopted by the
French Government to fight the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic.
The shareholders, invited to vote by email for this General Meeting, approved
all the resolutions except the seventh (renewal of the appointment of the
company FIAG Holding at the board).
With regard to the dividend, the General Meeting approved its cancellation,
while noting that the Group has always paid out 20% to 25% of its income on
average. This exceptional decision highlights the long-term commitment of its
family shareholders and their support for the management and their staff in the
Group's various Houses.
