Neoen implements of a liquidity agreement
Neoen entrusts Kepler Cheuvreux to act as Liquidity Provider, from 3 December
2018 until 31 December 2019 and with tacit renewals for successive terms of
twelve (12) months thereafter.
Kepler Cheuvreux shall be appointed to buy and sell shares for Neoen on the
Euronext Paris regulated market. The terms and conditions will be set forth
under a liquidity agreement, with ordinary shares (Paris-Code ISIN
FR0011675362).
For the implementation of this liquidity agreement, the following have been
allocated to a liquidity account:
- 1,500,000 euros.
The liquidity agreement will comply with AMF Decision n° 2018-01 dated 2nd
July 2018 2018 introducing liquidity agreements on equity securities as
permitted market practice.
