NEW BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP WITH CREDIT MUTUEL CM11*

Oxatis (ALOXA - FR0013328184), a technology expert in e-commerce SaaS,
announces today the signing of a business partnership with Crédit Mutuel CM11
Group to market the Group's e-commerce SaaS offer through all its bank
networks. The agreement fits perfectly with Oxatis's strategy of strengthening
its commercial dynamic in France and abroad while optimising customer
acquisition costs.

More than 2 in 5 companies are customers of the Crédit Mutuel CM11 Group

The Crédit Mutuel CM11 Group is one of France's leading banks with more than
4,500 points of sale and 69,670 employees. The bank has 24.3 million loyal
customers and the Group supports nearly 225,000 companies. Through its
multi-brand approach developed under the tradenames Crédit Mutuel and CIC, the
Group is the bank of 2 out of 5 businesses.

This partnership continues a collaboration which began in early 2018 with the
first joint initiatives and fits with the ambition of the Crédit Mutuel CM11
Group to help develop business for its corporate and professional customers by
offering them an innovative e-commerce solution of proven effectiveness.

Oxatis's SaaS technology platform brings these businesses the benefit of more
than 400 functionalities to launch and develop their e-commerce websites. Site
creation, omni-channel deployment, listings, management of catalogues and
orders, marketing and analysis tools, thanks to this solution, all the
expertise to succeed in the e-commerce is available on demand without the
constraints of hosting, security, updates, etc. Access to the platform is via a
monthly subscription plus fees for any add-on functionalities used by the
customer.

The Oxatis range will be handled by customer relationship officers in the
banking networks who have been trained in this solution. It is now available on
websites for customers of the Crédit Mutuel CM11 Group.

Extended market coverage, lower acquisition costs

This partnership complements the existing marketing agreements with IT
publishers and resellers (Sage, Cegid, EBP and TeamSystem, etc.) and several
bank networks (Crédit Agricole, Crédit du Nord, Caisse d'Epargne, etc.). In
2017, 13% of Oxatis's total activity was already being done through these
indirect channels.

The agreement with the Crédit Mutuel CM11 Group fits perfectly with the
strategy of extending market coverage by the Oxatis Group. The indirect sales
partner networks are a key route to building market share, allowing the firm to
increase marketing potential while reducing customer acquisition costs.
Developing these channels should also boost the productivity of internal staff
by allowing them to focus on the most lucrative accounts.
