Levallois, July 26, 2018,SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION OF 0.74% THROUGH THE CANCELLATION OF TREASURY STOCK
The Board of Directors of Compagnie Plastic Omnium, in a meeting held on July
19th, 2018, decided to proceed to the cancellation of 1,110,613 treasury
shares, representing 0.74% of the share capital of the company.
This operation was completed today.
As a result of this operation, the share capital of Compagnie Plastic Omnium is
reduced from 150,976,720 ordinary shares to 149,866,107 ordinary shares with a
par value of EUR0.06, ie. an amount of EUR8,991,966.42.
The holding company Burelle SA increases its control from 57.57% to 58%.
