Sale's project of tertiary real estate assets for EUR128.5 million
On July 18, 2019, on the basis of an independent appraisal, the Board of
Directors of Compagnie Plastic Omnium authorized the sale of the group's real
estate office property .
On July 24, 2019, on the basis of a different independent appraisal, the Board
of Directors of Burelle SA, Plastic Omnium's holding company, authorized
Sofiparc, a wholly-owned company, to acquire those assets.
The parties agreed on a value of 128.5 million euros for those tertiary real
estate assets.
This transaction is due to be completed in the second half of 2019. It
contributes to Plastic Omnium's asset portfolio rationalization, externalizing
the value of its non industrial real estate assets into the dedicated structure
of Burelle SA. Plastic Omnium pursues its growth as an automotive pure player,
for a clean and connected mobility, with strengthened financial means after the
transaction's completion.
