Safran announces the availability of its 2019 Universal Registration Document
including the Annual Financial Report

Paris, April 1st, 2020

Safran (Euronext Paris: SAF) has filed its 2019 Universal Registration Document
(document d'enregistrement universel) including the Annual Financial Report
with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers
- AMF) on March 31, 2020 under no. D.20-0224.

The Universal Registration Document is available to the public in accordance
with French law and may be viewed or downloaded at www.safran-group.com, under
the Finance section, "Publications" (French and English versions). The
Universal Registration Document is also available (in French only) on the AMF's
website (www.amf-france.org).

The 2019 Universal Registration Document includes:
* the latest press release published by Safran on March 26, 2020 on the actions
  taken to adapt to the current Covid-19 crisis as well as information on
  medium-term ambitions that will be updated when the impacts of the
  coronavirus pandemic can be assessed with sufficient precision. The press
  release of March 26, 2020 is also available on the Safran website using the

* the Annual Financial Report, comprising the consolidated financial
  statements, the parent company financial statements, the management report
  and the related Statutory Auditors' reports,
* the Statutory Auditors' special report on related-party agreements and
  commitments,
* the Board of Directors' corporate governance report,
* information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors, and
* the required information in relation to the share repurchase program.
* extracts from the 2019 Safran Integrated Report constituting the opening
  chapter of the Universal Registration Document. Safran's 2019 Integrated
  Report can also be viewed and fully downloaded at www.safran-group.com,
  under the Media section, "Publications" (French and English versions).
