Successful issue of a EUR750 million bond

Rueil-Malmaison (France), June 13, 2018: Schneider Electric, the global leader
in digital transformation of energy management and automation, launched a
EUR750 million EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) issue maturing in 9 years with a
fixed coupon rate of 1.375%. This transaction enables the Group to increase its
debt maturity profile with continued reduction in its cost of financing.

The details of the insurance are the following:

Implied rate       1.491%
