                                                       Boulogne, 03 July 2018

    Newen Studios, 100% owned subsidiary of the TF1 group Bibiane Godfroid
                appointed Chairwoman of the Newen Studios group

Following clearance from the Competition Authority, the TF1 group today
announces that it has finalised the acquisition of the residual 30% stake in
the Newen Studios group.

Bibiane Godfroid is appointed Chairwoman of Newen Studios, replacing Fabrice
Larue who is leaving the Group to pursue new projects.

Gilles Pélisson, Chairman & CEO of the TF1 group, says: "I would like to thank
Fabrice Larue and his team, who have built one of the jewels of French
audiovisual production. Over the years, the successive buyouts of Telfrance,
Capa, 17Juin, Blue Spirit Productions and Tuvalu Media, and the creation of
Neweb, have enabled Newen to assemble a unique coalition of talents across the
whole spectrum of production and the web. I have total confidence in Bibiane
Godfroid, whose track record and professional qualities will be a source of
great strength to the Newen group. I wish her full success in her new role, as
she works alongside her talented colleagues further develop the group while
retaining its editorial freedom and commercial independence."

About the TF1 group
