Availability of the 2017 Registration document

Voltalia (Euronext Paris, ISIN code: FR0011995588), an international player in
renewable energies, announces today the availability of its Registration
Document, filed today with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

The Registration Document includes:

- the annual financial report,
- the report on corporate governance prepared by the Board of Directors as well
as the related Statutory auditors' findings, and
- information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors.

It also includes information on the liquidity contract, on corporate social
responsibility and on the updated distribution policy. The latter is designed
in line with Voltalia's growth trajectory, financial profile and outlook: after
having envisaged distributing a dividend in respect of the 2017 financial year
in 2018, The Group decided to delay this payment, given the one-year shift in
the Group's objectives(1).

The document is available on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org) and on the
Company's website (www.voltalia.com). The English version of the document will
be made available shortly on the Company's website.
