Dusseldorf, 16 April 2024. The Executive Board announces that Mr Andreas Kratzer, who was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board by court order on 30 September 2022 and was Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 17 October 2022 to 18 December 2023, has resigned from the Supervisory Board today. The Supervisory Board still has a quorum.
