The non-plastic hair and skin care brand enhances its assortment with new benefit-specific shampoo bars
SAN DIEGO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 13, 2024 / BRIXY, a San Diego-based, non-plastic beauty and wellness brand, announces that its mindfully-made line of sustainable personal care bars will now feature a Hydrating Shampoo Bar for dry and curly hair and Strengthening Shampoo Bar for thinning or damaged hair. To target the highest-trending hair concerns, the new additions raise the bar with innovative premium ingredients while maintaining BRIXY's commitment to zero plastic packaging.

The Hydrating Shampoo Bar was created for dry or curly hair and is formulated with gentle plant-based cleansers to refresh hair while aloe, shea butter, and avocado oil penetrate to the core of hair, hydrating strands from the inside out. The Strengthening Shampoo Bar, designed for thinning or damaged hair, contains pumpkin seed oil, rosemary oil and caffeine to stimulate the scalp and encourage blood flow to the hair follicle. While rosemary oil and caffeine are known to promote a healthy scalp where hair growth can flourish, pumpkin seed oil has been shown to dramatically improve density, length, and growth rate of hair while also delivering essential fatty acids and hydrating properties to improve the look of manageability of hair.
Both new products are pH balanced, color safe, and contain the BRIXY Blend, a proprietary ceramide and niacinamide complex that helps seal in moisture and protect against environmental stress that can cause scalp irritation and moisture loss. Both products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from soap, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, silicones, PEGs, and synthetic scents and colors.
