Legal Finance SE is pleased to announce that in several of its funded cases, new evidence and facts have been obtained which strengthen the legal position of the plaintiff financed by Legal Finance. In addition, in one case the new evidence may lead to the claim being increased by more than EUR 100,000. As usual, Legal Finance works with the litigating lawyer in the funded cases and provides its network and resources to support optimal litigation.
