TradeXBank AG appoints Viviane Gabard as new Chief Risk Officer

TradeXBank AG announces that it has appointed Viviane Gabard as new Chief Risk Officer. Viviane Gabard will be joining the Executive Board (upon the conclusion of the necessary regulatory approval). She will be responsible to lead the risk and credit management function into the next growth phase of the bank.

Zurich, 25 March 2024 – TradeXBank AG today announced the appointment of Viviane Gabard as Chief Risk Officer following Hendrik Weber-Grellet’s decision to leave the bank. Viviane Gabard is due to become a member of the Executive Board upon the conclusion of the necessary regulatory approval.

Viviane Gabard brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the international banking environment and in-depth knowledge on the Commodity and Trade Finance business. She was a long-standing member of the Executive Committee of CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA in Geneva, first as Chief Risk Officer and then as Head of Compliance. Most recently she was a Senior Manager within a mission of the Banking Supervision team of the European Central Bank related to energy and commodity traders.
